"Montani de Dian, or Mountain of the Goddess, is King Patrick's Land holiest site and the third holiest site in the world for the Dianism religion. It is a place where it is said the Goddess descended to Terrania as a mortal, and where she first began her preaching. The river that flows past it, Rivira de Dian (River of the Goddess), attracts tens of thousands of Dianist pilgrims who come to bathe in its holy waters. While in the past a fee was charged to climb the mountain and bathe in the river, the modern era has brought a society in which religious pilgrimages are not only unrestricted by fees, but occasionally paid for by the governments and religious institutions of the world. All this began here, in 1124 AF when King Patrick III, a devout Dianist, removed the fees and even had government funded pilgrimages to the site."~History of Terrania: Chapter 17
I tried making a mountain with this one, and got a good result. If you are confused with the dating, it is in Pre-Fall (PF) of the Pneuian empire (Terranian equivalent of the Roman Empire) and After-Fall of the Pneuian Empire (AF). |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
